Rendezvous House is located in Turtle Bay
which is an area in close proximity to English and Falmouth Harbours.
English Harbour is rich in history and is an entertainment hub for
Antigua. Falmouth Harbour is known to be the yachting center for the
Caribbean and is home to the world renowned Antigua Sailing Week.
Rendezvous House enjoys breathtaking views to the West up the coast of
Rendezvous Bay with its exquisite turquoise waters and beautiful white
sandy beach which can only be reached by boat or on foot, to the
headland, views out to Montserrat, and unobstructed views of Caribbean
sunsets, and to the East views over Falmouth Harbour. |

This newly built Colonial style house
was built in concrete to Caribbean hurricane standards, and clad in
wood, with a 3 peaked roof clad in cedar wood shingles. Rendezvous
House is set on a 2/3rd acre natural tropical garden.
The open floor plan and high ceilings allow for generous air flow
throughout ensuring year round comfort. The covered wrap around
verandah capitalizes on the exquisite views. |

Rendezvous House has a Colonial style
interior with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on two floors. On the main
floor there is a covered outside living and entertainment area, an
inside dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bar area, a guest day
bathroom, and the master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite
bathroom with Italian marble tiled shower area. The entire main
floor has beautiful Greenheart hardwood floors and high ceilings
with ceiling fans, allowing excellent air movement to keep the house
cool year round. |

On the first level of
the villa are two air conditioned guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms have
their own ensuite with shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has an
American style kitchen and its own outside wooden decked patio so it can
be used as a separate self-catering apartment. The first floor has
terracotta tiling throughout. There is a utility area with generator
positioned behind the house. The pool is accessed from the first floor
